About Us
Carolina AlgaeControl, llc was founded in the summer of 2006 to raise the overall quality and beautification of our water resources in South Carolina and across the USA. Reducing chemical usage in our water systems and waterways will yield an improvement in everyone's water quality and will help heal our water for today, for future generations, and for our fish and wildlife.
Owner, Laureen Earnest, has represented state of the art solutions for over 25 years; implementing innvoative technology to address issues faced by both large and small business owners. Having been employed by Fortune 100 companies such as Apple, MicroSoft, and Intel, afforded Laureen a first class sales, marketing, and technological proving ground. During her extensive travels she perfected the art of customer advocacy, assessing business and environmental issues, and finally ensuring a satisfactory outcome for each project and client. Laureen's motivation comes from a "green & tree hugging" love of the outdoors, animals, and all things water. She states, "I like to believe my strongest partner and advocate is Mother Nature; as I desire her blessing and cooperation with any product or solution we offer our community". Laureen displays a genuine interest in partnering with you to the satisfactory completion of your project, and leaves you happy with a very pleasing clean water haven and healthy ecosystem. In January 2007 Laureen was voted into the Cambridge Who's Who Among Executive and Professional Women. The Cambridge Who's Who Registry highlights the executives company, expertise, and achievements.
